About the Product

Purpose of the Loan
Acquisition of residential real estate (apartments, houses) on the primary and/or secondary market, or refinancing of an existing mortgage loan.
Who Can Apply?
- Individuals: Stable income for 6-12 months, confirmed by a salary certificate or other documents.
- Individual Entrepreneurs: Stable active business for at least 6 months (patent, license, etc.).
- Requirements: KR residents aged 20 to 65 with a positive or satisfactory credit history.

Amount 500,000 — 7,000,000 KGS
Term 12 to 120 months
Rate 20% to 22% per annum

Collateral and Security
To secure the mortgage:
- The purchased property acts as the primary collateral.
- One guarantor is required.
- If a down payment is unavailable, additional real estate collateral must be provided.
