Requirements:- Higher education in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant field;
- At least 1 year of work experience in lending activities (in the banking sector, MCC, MFO, MCA);
- Experience in active sales, preferably in the financial or banking sector;
- Experience in business planning;
- Analytical thinking and analysis skills;
- Ability to work independently on a computer, with management information systems, and other technical equipment necessary for the job;
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and client acquisition;
- Knowledge of legislative acts, regulations, provisions, and instructions of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic governing credit activities;
- Understanding of the principles and methodology of financial and credit analysis;
- Ability to clearly express thoughts in written and oral form.
Responsibilities:- Actively attract clients (search for and attract new clients (legal entities and/or individuals), conduct meetings, presentations, and consultations on credit products);
- Monitor the timely execution of the budget, compliance with the Company's limits for loan disbursement and repayment, provide relevant information on the credit portfolio to the Chairman of the Fund's Management Board, etc.;
- Coordinate and supervise the work of credit officers;
- Verify the monitoring of issued loans;
- Interact with other departments of the Fund, external auditors, and regulators (if necessary);
- Participate in the development and improvement of credit products and procedures.
