  • Gulnara Arymkulova
    Chairperson of the Board
    Gulnara Nurpekovna Arymkulova has been the Chairperson of the Board of the PF MCA Financial Fund "BT Innovations" since May 2025. Previously, she was a member of the Supervisory Board of the PF MCA Financial Fund "BT Innovations" from 2012 to May 2025, and from 2019, she held the position of Chairperson of the Supervisory Board. Gulnara Arymkulova has 30 years of experience in project management in the economic and financial spheres. Throughout this period, Gulnara Nurpekovna has participated in the implementation and management of numerous projects successfully financed by such international financial institutions as the World Bank (WB), International Finance Corporation (IFC), USAID, Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Her activities in the financial sector began in 1998 with work to assist in the creation and establishment of the Kyrgyz Agricultural Financial Corporation (now "Aiyl Bank" OJSC) as part of technical assistance to KAFC from the European Union. Gulnara Arymkulova also participated in the creation and development of a local microcredit company and an asset management company, and was a member of the boards of directors of these companies. For 12 years, Gulnara Arymkulova headed the consulting company "FNT Consultants," which was engaged in the implementation of a wide range of projects with various economic focuses, confirming her deep experience in consulting, personnel management, and financial and economic activities. The projects in which Gulnara Nurpekovna has participated have a very significant geographical scope, including not only the Kyrgyz Republic but also Tajikistan and Kazakhstan, where she worked as an international consultant on business planning and management. She holds an MBA degree from the Bishkek International School of Management and Business under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. She graduated with honors from the Kyrgyz State National University with a degree in economics. She has completed internships at international consulting companies in Germany, Sweden, and Belgium. Gulnara Nurpekovna is a full member of the Chamber of Independent Directors of the Kyrgyz Republic.
  • Asel Mamatova
    Board Member
    Asel Mamatova graduated from the Accounting and Commerce Faculty of the Kyrgyz State National University. In 2011, she received her MBA from the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. Asel Mamatova has significant experience in the financial sector of Kyrgyzstan, including experience in the securities market and the non-bank financial sector. She worked in the securities market for 5 years. Her responsibilities included the analysis, selection, and evaluation of investment instruments for clients and the company's investment portfolio. For the last eight years, she has been working at BT Innovations as a Board Member and Financial Planning Specialist. Asel witnessed the separation of the "Bai-Tushum" Fund and its structure, MCC "Bai-Tushum and Partners," which was transformed into the commercial "Bai-Tushum" Bank. Before working in the financial sector, Asel worked on projects for international organizations, such as projects of the Asian Development Bank and the European Union. Working with international development partners has significantly enriched Asel's experience and currently helps in her work with the international partners of BT Innovations.
  • Asel Zhumasheva
    Board Member
    She is a Member of the Management Board and holds the position of Chief Accountant of the Public Foundation Micro-Credit Agency "BT Innovations" Financial Fund. She has over 30 years of experience in accounting within the banking sector.
    She began her career in 1992 at the Leninsky branch of KyrgyzPromstroyBank. From 1996 to 1998, she worked at ACB "Tolubai" in the Accounting and Reporting Department as a specialist accountant for cash and settlement services for clients.
    In 1998, she was part of the organizational group for the establishment of Bakai Bank. After obtaining a banking license, she worked in the Accounting and Reporting Department as a leading accountant, and later as the Deputy Chief Accountant of Bakai Bank.
    Since December 2009, she has held the position of Chief Accountant of the Fund and is a member of its Management Board. She participated in the separation of accounting between CJSC Bank "Bai-Tushum" and the Public Foundation Micro-Credit Agency "Bai-Tushum" Financial Fund.
